Through a processing agreement with Legacy Payroll & Tax Services, Inc., your employees can either receive payroll checks or have their net pay directly deposited to their checking and/or savings account. Legacy can provide tax payment and filing information for all tax entities as well as Workers' Compensation Reports.

On July 21, 2010, the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act into law, which, in part, permanently raises the current standard maximum deposit insurance amount (SMDIA) to $250,000.
