CDARS ® Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service ®
Enjoy full FDIC insurance on deposit amounts larger than the FDIC limit. Your large deposit is broken into smaller amounts and placed with other banks that are members of the CDARS network. These member banks issue CD's in amounts under the limit so that your entire investment is eligible for FDIC insurance coverage. You work with just one bank, National Bank and Trust.
