Fixed Rate Fixed rate mortgages are a good choice when you are purchasing or refinancing a home. The interest rate and monthly payment stay the same for the life of the loan.

ARM Adjustable rate mortgages are also a good choice when you are purchasing or refinancing a home. You will receive an initial fixed interest rate and at the end of the fixed rate period the interest rate becomes variable for the remaining loan term, adjusting every year thereafter. Your payments may increase or decrease at the end of the fixed period.

Jumbo Loans Jumbo loans are loans for amounts greater than conventional limits. The interest rate and monthly payments stay the same for the life of the loan.
