Web Bill Payment is accessed through NBT Direct Internet Banking. For this reason, you must be signed up for Internet Banking to use Web Bill Payment.

To enroll for Web Bill Pay, log into your Internet Banking account, click on your checking account number, and on the sub-menu click on the 'Bill Pay' button. Then simply follow the prompts to begin setting up and paying your bills.

Note: Customers will be removed from the Web Bill Pay system after 90 days of inactivity.
